Why I built this
Running a short-term rental means juggling income from multiple platforms, tracking expenses across properties, and staying ready for tax time. Generic accounting software doesn't understand Airbnb payouts, seasonal patterns, or the way hosts think about their portfolio.
I needed something that could handle CSV imports from Airbnb, parse receipts and bills quickly, and give me a clear picture of income vs. expenses—without the overhead of a full bookkeeping setup.
